Order Preparation

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Pick-Up Details

• Pick-up is available during The Bathhouse Albion’s standard operating hours.

• Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.

• Orders should be collected within 14 days of being marked as “Ready for Pick-Up.”

No Delivery Service

At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery.
All orders must be collected in person from The Bathhouse Albion.
