3. Orders

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.
We will advise you when your order is ready for pick-up from The Bathhouse Albion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock limitations or suspected fraudulent activity. Any cancelled orders will be refunded where payment has already been taken.

4. Payment

All payments are taken at checkout.
Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items will be managed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Pick-Up Only

All orders are Pick-Up Only from The Bathhouse Albion in Brisbane.
Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the stated timeframe and bringing their order confirmation for verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bathhouse Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss arising from delays or misuse of products.

Our products are lifestyle and wellness items and are not medical devices or treatments.
